Pet accommodation rules at Satelinn Moscow Khovrino:

The hotel keeps the right to determine whether a pet can stay in a hotel room. The Hotel Administration keeps the right to refuse to accommodate a pet without giving any reason.

Only dogs and cats of small / decorative breeds weighing strictly up to 7 kilograms fall under the definition of «pet» or «animal».

Before booking a room, the owner is obliged to notify the Hotel administration of their intention to stay with a pet. The owner is obliged to provide information about the animal (breed, age, size, weight and other special characteristics) and clarify if there are currently any special conditions / restrictions on accommodation with pets.

When checking into the hotel with the pet, the guest is obliged to familiarize himself with pet accommodation rules and sign agreement form.

Only standard rooms are provided for accommodation with pets. The room reservation is created at a special rate for accommodation with pets. The set rate is: the cost of a room of the "Standard" category according to the daily rate + 1,500 rubles (including VAT) for every night of stay.

Only one pet is allowed in a hotel room.

On the day of arrival at the hotel the guest is obliged to provide a security deposit in the amount of 5,000 rubles at the reception as a guarantee of payment for possible damage caused by the animal during their stay at the Hotel. At the time of check out, housekeeping staff checks the room for any possible damage. If the Hotel (room) is damaged, a Damage Certificate is drawn up indicating the cost of the damaged property in accordance with the current Price List. If there is no damage, the guest gets the refund of the full deposit.

Accommodation with pets is allowed if the guest provides all the standard veterinary documents (a certificate fr om a veterinarian with a mark on all vaccinations).

The guest must bring a cat/dog bed or a special cage for the pet.

Guests must bring special dishes (for food and water) for the pet.

To meet the natural needs of the animal, which does not require walking, the guest is obliged to bring a litter box or mats.

While being in public places or walking, the dog must be in a muzzle and on a leash.

To carry out daily cleaning in the room, the guest is obliged to ensure that the animal is absent during the service and hang a special sign on the front door. In the absence of a sign, the cleaning will not be carried out.

Leaving the animal in the room unattended, the guest is obliged to place it in a special cage and notify the Hotel staff.

It is forbidden to visit catering places (bar, restaurant, breakfast area), common and public areas with animals.

It is forbidden to comb, cut (pluck) fur, as well as cut claws of the pet in the hotel room.

The passage through public and common areas and the walking of animals is carried out in a muzzle and on a leash. It is allowed to keep animals on harness or on the hands of the owner while passing.

Walking of pets is carried out on the territory of the Hotel, as well as in the places indicated on the map for walking, only if animal’s excrement is cleaned by the owner.

The guest is responsible for all of the risks associated with the behavior of the pet while staying at the hotel.

The guest is fully responsible for everything related to ensuring the proper maintenance of the pet in the room during stay at the Hotel.

The hotel keeps the right to terminate the agreement with the guest in case of violation of the rules, aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of the animal or the inconvenience caused by the pet.
